The Challenge

Our client needed a system that could handle multiple independent environments (tenants) while maintaining strict data separation. Each organization required its own dossiers, users, documents, and financial records, without the risk of cross-access.

At the same time, the platform needed to support collaboration, structured documentation, and controlled access through role-based permissions.

Our Solution

We designed and built a Laravel-based multi-tenancy platform that allows organizations to manage their dossiers in a secure and organized environment.

Each tenant operates within its own isolated workspace while sharing the same scalable infrastructure. This ensures strong data separation while keeping the system efficient to maintain and expand.

The platform provides structured dossier management, document sharing, templating tools, and integrated financial tracking through a cashbook system.
